Creating Personalized Learning Experiences Since 2016
I create customized learning solutions for various audiences. I can identify gaps, assess needs, set goals, and create right-sized learning solutions thanks to my instructional design, adult education, and e-learning experience. I have experience using design thinking to create engaging and effective training materials, measuring impact, and quickly revising content based on feedback. I also use Articulate Storyline 360, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro, and HTML to create a variety of eLearning modules, scenarios, simulations, videos, job aides, and knowledge assessments tailored to each learner. I also work with subject matter experts to identify learning outcomes and create blended learning solutions for different learning styles. To provide the best learning solutions, I continuously research and learn new learning science, user experience design, and analytics developments.
I designed global trainings for 9000+ AWS employees as a Learning Experience Designer. Sales Motion Toolkit, created with PM/Stakeholder, is the Sales Process’s single source of truth. For sellers with less than one year of experience, it saves seven hours per week of administrative time, and for those with more than one year, three. Design thinking helps me identify gaps, assess needs, set goals, and work backwards to create right-sized learning solutions. I develop user-centered design templates, learning models, and best practices for ProServe Global Learning and Development.
I used Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Canva to create e-learnings, microlearnings, simulations, gamification, facilitator and participant guides, process documentation, and infographics as a Blackboard Instructional Designer. I created modules for different learning styles to ensure all project managers could complete the course. I create high-quality participant guides, facilitator guides, tutorials, digital interactives, user guides, and audio and video scripts to enhance modules and training. To create clear and comprehensive training materials, I worked with subject matter experts daily to weekly. I created effective training curriculum using instructional design theory, adult learning principles, and best practices. Feedback from current and new Blackboard Student Success team members improved training materials.
